What is Red Barn Loyalty?
The Red Barn loyalty program is our way of rewarding our guests with savings on fuel and select products! Pick up a Red Barn loyalty card in-store and save 3 ways:
- Swipe your Red Barn Loyalty card in-store, scan your app barcode or enter your Alt ID (phone number you registered with) at check-out and earn 3¢ off per gallon for every $25 you spend inside Red Barn! You’ll save 10¢ per gallon (up to 20 gallons) on your next fill-up just for registering*. The best part? Your $25 total spend can add up over multiple visits. Check your progress in the Red Barn Loyalty app.
- Special Savings – purchase specially marked items in-store to save even more! View all the current specials in the Red Barn Loyalty app or see in-store signage for eligible items.

How do you enroll your card to receive the additional 4¢ off per gallon?
Visit RedBarnMkt.com and complete the Red Barn Debit enrollment. If you already have an active account, your card is already enrolled in the Red Barn Debit and there is nothing additional you need to do! To redeem loyalty rewards, you must register your card at RedBarnMkt.com or in the Red Barn Loyalty app.
Do you have to spend all $25 at once to get the 3¢ reward?
Nope! Spending is cumulative, so you do not have to spend $25 in one visit. Every time you shop at Red Barn Market and swipe your card, scan your app barcode or enter your Alt ID, your purchase balance will count towards earning your next reward. Some exclusions apply.
Which products are not eligible for discounts?
Gasoline, lottery, money orders, gift and prepaid cards, phone cards, Newspaper, check cashing, bottle deposits, bottle returns, DNR, and Instant Ticket sales are not eligible for discounts. Sales tax is also excluded.
How does it work?
Simply swipe, scan, or enter your 10-digit ALT ID every time you make a purchase. Register your card online at RedBarnMkt.com or download the Red Barn Loyalty app to watch the savings add up. When you are ready to redeem your fuel discount, swipe your card at the pump.
Can you use your card without registering it?
Yes, but you won’t be able to track or redeem your discounts unless you register your card. If you lose an unregistered card, we won’t be able to transfer your balance to a new one.
How long do rewards last before they expire?
Cents per gallon rewards (aka your fuel savings) expire two months from the date of issuance. For example, if you earn a reward on June 20th, your rewards will expire on August 31st. You can see your expiring rewards in the app by clicking on the fuel pump icon on the home screen. Download the Red Barn Loyalty app and have this information at your fingertips!
How do I change my Alt ID?
To update your Alt ID, simply update your phone number in the Profile screen.
Is there a per gallon limit to fuel savings?
Fuel discounts apply to a maximum of 20 gallons per transaction.
How do you check your discount balance?
The easiest way to view your discounts and rewards is to download the Red Barn Loyalty app. You will also receive a monthly email with your reward balance.
Do I need a Red Barn Loyalty account to earn and redeem Rewards?
Yes. To earn and redeem rewards you must have Red Barn Loyalty account.
You lost your card. What do you do?
Pick up a new card from any Red Barn Loyalty location, then email info@RedBarnMkt.com or call 810-216-9990 with your new card number.
If your lost card was linked for Red Barn Pay, call 810-216-9990, select option 1 and the customer service team will be able to assist you.
